In the film “Loving Vincent” I participated in the first training of painters as animators and proved my skills in this area, both to myself and to the project leader, at a surprisingly fast pace. The third and last training for recruiting painters for the film was conducted by me. For two years, I supervised the creation of painting animations, leading a team of painters here in Poland, in a studio in Gdańsk. For the film “Chłopi”, which is also an international project, we had branches in Kiev, Vilnius and Belgrade. Initially, I supervised the branch in Serbia, but another aspect of creating this film called for me – namely, in-depth study of the beautiful Young Poland paintings, which I love.
